Be very careful of this firm

I do not recommend this company. I had an hour and 20min consultation with Mrs van Heerden and was charged an enormous fee. My statement was sent without my deposit amount being reflected. I am still waiting for them to do this. In affect, I was forced to pay over R7500 for an hour and a 20 min consultation that helped me nothing, no work was done. They are forcing me to pay for services that I have not authorised. My instructions was to wait but I got billed for actions I did not ask for or confirm. I tried numerous times to clear out the matter telephonically and via email but got no response. I even got charged for the initial phone call that I made without even seeing her. I am heartbroken to think that in our society today there are people that care so little. Mrs van Heerden knows I am a single mother that does not get any financial help and lost my job. There is no real help here just money making on the agenda. Searching the internet and reviews it is clear that I am not the only client that is extremely unhappy with their services. Be careful of this firm!
