Johan Heyns hospital in Vanderbijlpark Gaiteng

To whom it may concern

I have been a patient of the Johan Heyns hospital/clinic since 2017 after a major medical problem I had. In the beginning everything was going smoothly but during COVID things turned drastically for me. I arranged from the mental health department to a week after my appointed appointment because my dad died of COVID and on the day of my appointment I had the funeral. When I got there they just chased me away saying I don't belong there. They treated me like a leper.

Another thing is when I try to contact them on the phone they never answer the phone. It is always timing up to 30 minutes then I am cut off.

The nurses are very rude, accusing you of something that you never do.

It is unacceptable that we are treated like trash
