Poor customer service

If you have the time and energy to order from Hi-Fi Corporation, you can do so, but based on my experience, I would advise caution.

I ordered a fridge on 5 May 2026 and was informed that i must wait 10–14 days, which I accepted. However, after that period passed, there was no communication or update provided. I had to continuously follow up myself, and each time I was told that the query had been escalated to the relevant department and that someone would contact me , but no one ever did.

The overall experience has been frustrating due to the lack of feedback and poor communication.
