BAD customer service from HIG Security Shop Bardene

HIG Security Shop Bardene have the worst after sales support. My husband wanted to buy a part for our gate motor Yesterday. A lady that couldn't even look him in the face first came to the gate, he asked for the part she went back and came with the wrong part, she went back and came with another part and the pay machine. He told her he want to pay cash. He ask her how he must join the wire as it can't be solder according to her. She rep**** "not her department", he ask to get him someone to assist and when she came back she gave him his change but with no help or someone else to assist. They didn't even open the gate for him to come in and ask for help as she wasn't of any help. You have to do business with them through the gate how pathetic and no one to assist if you have a question to ask. This is not the first time a previous time my husband phoned for some guidance and the owner was so rude my husband hang up the phone as he couldn't continue speaking to this rude man.
