BAD customer service from HIG Security Shop Bardene
HIG Security Shop Bardene have the worst after sales support. My husband wanted to buy a part for our gate motor Yesterday. A lady that couldn't even look him in the face first came to the gate, he asked for the part she went back and came with the wrong part, she went back and came with another part and the pay machine. He told her he want to pay cash. He ask her how he must join the wire as it can't be solder according to her. She rep**** "not her department", he ask to get him someone to assist and when she came back she gave him his change but with no help or someone else to assist. They didn't even open the gate for him to come in and ask for help as she wasn't of any help. You have to do business with them through the gate how pathetic and no one to assist if you have a question to ask. This is not the first time a previous time my husband phoned for some guidance and the owner was so rude my husband hang up the phone as he couldn't continue speaking to this rude man.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER OF MY LIFE!!I WENT TO SET IN 2 REMOTES A CUSTOMER BOUGHT FROM HIG SECURITY! THERE IS A STICKER ON THE BACK OF REMOTE WITH HIG SECURITYS NUM !SO I PHONED AND A OLD MAN AWNSERS ! I ASKED HIM PLEASE IF SOMEONE CAN HELP ME OVER THE PHONE TO PROGRAMME! THE OLD MAN SAYD HES NOT MY **********! I DONT PAY HIM HE WONT HELP ME! HE SAYD IF I PAY HIM A R1000 he wil come help me! WHAT HE DONT KNOW IS THIS CUSTOMER IS AROUND THE CORNER FROM HIS SHOP! THIS HIG SECURITY NEEDS TO GO DOWN

This ***** is the rudest aasshole ever showing business away clearly he does not need sales of tenants, I own 2 company an i know this is not how you conduct business. Needless to say how the **** you are still in business is anyones guess, go lurn how to talk to people you rude spineless ****. And if you have a problem with what I have to say now feel free to go take it up in the mirror with your self. I will never support you and I will advise any and all my clients to stay away from you.

DO NOT BUY FROM HIG SECURITY IN BOKSBURG
They do not deserve one star. ****mers. They sell product that does not work and on return (same day)they refuse to replace or refund. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

20 % DEDUCTION ON RETURNED GOODS
This company deducts 20 % on any returns EVEN if the products are recommended by sales team. Then the recommended product does not work. After several attempts to ask for assistance from HIG Security to assist with the functioning of product (with no reply) was the decision then made to return. 20 % is excessive!! No fault of my own as a consumer as to why the product did not work. The bad advise and lack of follow-up to from company to resolve the issue indicates that customer service is not a priority.

This company deducts 20 % on any returns EVEN if the products are recommended by sales team. Then the recommended product does not work. Bad service
Hello everyone. Just a word of warning. DON'T go and purchase anything from HIG SECURITY SHOP in Barden Northrand road. I went and took my Gate motor battery that was low in charge and purchased apparently fully charged battery from HIG SECURITY SHOP. To my surprise that battery was even less charged than my battery! The owner Mr. Kobus van der Merwe, said to me that he didn't sell that battery to me as it has a HIG SECURITY SHOP sticker on and they did away with the stickers long time ago. So I eventually walked out the shop paying for a battery that was not fully charged. Very arrogant and a *****.

Bad service

Bad service at Hig security boksburg

Bad service at Hig security boksburg

exceptionally bad follow-up service.
6 months ago they installed a new roll up garage door for us. After 5 months it started giving problems so I phoned and asked them to come and look at it. A month later I am still waiting for them to pitch up and I either get excuses or my messages are ignored whenever I ask what is going on. The job has a 6-mth warrantee and I'm now considering suing for breach of contract so I can use the money to get another company to come and do the job.
