Always had great service from Canvas & More - they keep you up to date every step of the way and the work they've done for me always attracts compliments from friends visiting my house.
I took out a data contract with MtN but within the first year the price had changed three times and then my package was changed due (to a smaller one) because of my so-called 'high usage' despite me being up-front about what I needed it for and only once going over the 'fair usage' allocation. I subsequently cancelled my contract with MtN six months ago but am still receiving bills for it despite numerous calls, emails etc. I am also getting threats of negative impacts on my credit score.
6 months ago they installed a new roll up garage door for us. After 5 months it started giving problems so I phoned and asked them to come and look at it. A month later I am still waiting for them to pitch up and I either get excuses or my messages are ignored whenever I ask what is going on. The job has a 6-mth warrantee and I'm now considering suing for breach of contract so I can use the money to get another company to come and do the job.
I placed an order on 30 May and am still waiting for delivery. Their mails (say they are delivering orders placed in June so where is mine? The communications have been really bad, they aren't answering their phone and aren't responding to emails. Shocking service. I want a refund so I can get the goods elsehwere.
<p>I have received three calls from Outsurance since yesterday claiming that I am a referal from someone that I have never heard of and trying to offer me services. I find this story very hard to believe. My cell number is deregistered from the National Supplier Database and despite me saying I do not want to be contacted by outsurance, I am still reciving calls. </p>
