HIKVision Alarm failure. Someone turned the alarm off

HIKVision Alarm failure. I installed the HIKVision AX-Pro DS-PWA32-hr one month ago. And have since had two intruders into my home. They got in by turning off the alarm and when they left they turned the alarm on again. The alarm gave me no indication that there had been an entry into my home. Wow. What a shock this has been.
