Great roofers get the job done.
Very happy with the job they did fixing broken gutters, fixing the barge boards and fascia. The staff on the job were professional and polite. And there representative Matthew nicely attended to all my queries.

The Pinetown magistrate's court use violence and bribery
The Pinetown magistrate's court use violence and bribery to force payment from those it charges with wrongdoing. I dont know of a single South African government department that is not *******. I was hoping and trusting that the law courts would be different. In my own personal experience the Pinetown magistrate court, the magistrate and prosecutor that i dealt with were no exception. They did collude with the eThekwini municipal staff to use the threat of imprisonment, bribery and violence to try and rob me.

Damage to my drive way.

Ombudsman for banking services did a great job. If you use the services of the banking ombudsman first prepare your complaint / request for assistance carefully. Include relevant information and atached documents associated to your complaint in an email.

FNB - Unauthorized debits refund
FNB- After cancelling my subscription with TrueCaller they continued to debit my FNB account for 12 months. FNB would not reverse the unauthorized subscription payment's. I asked them repeatedly to do so. I made contact with the Banking Ombudsman and they made contact with FNB who then refund part of the unauthorized payments .

HIKVision Alarm failure. Someone turned the alarm off
HIKVision Alarm failure. I installed the HIKVision AX-Pro DS-PWA32-hr one month ago. And have since had two intruders into my home. They got in by turning off the alarm and when they left they turned the alarm on again. The alarm gave me no indication that there had been an entry into my home. Wow. What a shock this has been.
