I bought shoes December 2025 they are delivered but the school shoes was small I had to apply for exchange online two weeks know waiting for response the school are even open my child is going to school with old shoes still waiting for response nothing another week again waiting 😏😏

Their customers service SUCKS. They do not give a damn. Last year Oct Toughees ran a competition. I was the winner. I could choose any item from the bata website. I was told be patient as it's very busy due to black Friday approaching. I was patient. December arrived and I had to ask where my prize is. Few days later they sent "my prize" instead of getting the right thing I got school shoes and school tekkies. Contacted them and everytime was a different story up to the point when they ignored me. Other people's order was here with my up and until last week Tuesday. Tomorrow it will be another week that went by without my prize. They haven't even sorted my prize and they already busy with another big competition. Shame on you. Lots of customers complain about incorrect orders you send out.

You guys need to find another courier company as Fastway is not even slow but terrible, why are you allowing us to select home delivery when you just going to say that my place is dangerous but other big brands delivers straight to my door. I ordered two pairs of shoes on the 29th of December and you promised to deliver by the 12th January but to date I have not received my order imagine the embarrassment as a parent where my kids went to school with their old small sized shoes. The driver attempted to deliver but told me that I need to walk about 2km just to get my order worst their Pretoria line does not go through this pathetic. This is painful and uncalled for just disable home delivery once.

The website is very easy to navigate — my daughter placed the order herself. We ordered late yesterday and received the shoes today. Outstanding delivery speed. Highly recommended.

I ordered four pairs of shoes from Bata on 19 December 2025, but only one was delivered. Despite countless emails and calls to the consultant handling my order, I’ve been ignored completely. I now realize others were right when they warned me about this store. I should have checked the reviews first. This has been a frustrating, disappointing experience.I will never shop at Bata again and will share my negative experience widely

Early November I won a prize from Toughees and could choose any pair of shoes from the Bata website. I made my choice and they told me to just wait as the order will go out close to black Friday and they are very busy. I said all good I understand. When "my prize" finally arrived it wasn't even my stuff. It was the order of someone else. It was school shoes and school tekkies that arrived. I tried to rectify it multiple times as some parent is probably waiting on their delivery for their child and I'm getting absolutely nowhere. Really bad service. My parcel is "somewhere" while someone else's stuff is here and nothing is getting done. It's excuses after excuses. Said someone will contact me from support team and no-one did. We are almost heading into the new year and I've been struggling since November.

I placed an order on 10 December, received my confirmation and paid. I emailed on the 15th and on the 17th, no reply. Today being the 19th, I finally phoned, the receptionist kept transferring me to an extension that cuts off. Are you playing games ? My order should have been shipped by now, My daughter needs her school back pack
