You guys need to find another courier company as Fastway is not even slow but terrible, why are you allowing us to select home delivery when you just going to say that my place is dangerous but other big brands delivers straight to my door. I ordered two pairs of shoes on the 29th of December and you promised to deliver by the 12th January but to date I have not received my order imagine the embarrassment as a parent where my kids went to school with their old small sized shoes. The driver attempted to deliver but told me that I need to walk about 2km just to get my order worst their Pretoria line does not go through this pathetic. This is painful and uncalled for just disable home delivery once.
Writing this with such a heaven heart. Bought a phone in 2023 via rewardsco from MTN and the contract was successful. Upon delivery I got a laptop which I had not ordered and immediately told they delivery person that this is the wrong order which they refused to take and told me to call them and they will send someone to take it. The person came after a week to take it and the correct order was delivered. However I am still being charged for the laptop I had not ordered and worst it's not even in my possession my mtn line is blocked since I stopped paying hoping that mtn will assist but they are since not interested to assist they are sending me to rewardsco this has a negative impact on credit record and I have now lost access to a number I've been using for years and the only way to access it is if I pay the given amount for the laptop that I do not own. This has been happening since 2023 and it's not sorted.
