I ordered two pairs of shoes from Bata during their Black Friday sale, but only one pair was delivered. When I contacted customer service, I was told that the second pair was out of stock and that they would arrange another size instead, which I agreed to. That conversation happened about a month ago, and since then I have received no updates at all. I have tried multiple times to follow up, but I’ve been unable to reach anyone, and there has been no communication regarding the replacement pair. At this point, I would prefer a refund, but I can’t even request one because Bata has been completely unreachable. This experience has been extremely frustrating, especially for a well-known brand. Better communication and customer service are seriously needed.
I am very disappointed with the service I received. I ordered two 4-tier shoe racks under the same order, yet only one was delivered, and to date I still have not received the second rack. The process of resolving this issue has been unnecessarily long, with poor communication and lack of timely feedback. There has been no clear explanation on where the second rack is or when it will be delivered, despite multiple follow-ups on my side. What makes this even more frustrating is that this should have been a simple issue to resolve, yet it has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. While the product itself is fine, the overall customer service experience has been disappointing. I expected better communication and efficiency. This experience has unfortunately made me hesitant to order again.
On the 14th of July I wrote an email to Tiger brands explaining how when I opened my macaroni, white dust come out and the shells were broken covered with white dust but haven’t received a reply till today.l checked the expiry date. It was dated 01/02/2024.
