Needed Technical support on Hikvision IP Cameras The resolution from Kenneth was to replace the recorder as it was too old When asked to esculate i got told to call ****en. when trying to call my calls got declined. I then got a message to call Bongani Gumede who is also in technical.so clearly they are protecting eachother I am an Installer and would Not Reccomend their products as the Technical support sucks
