Service department is very unprofessional

My dads Fortuner was booked in for a service, extremely shocking and pathetic, the bonnet catch was disconnected and unbelievably battery terminal left loose(is the battery even supposed to be disconnected for a service?!)

After complaints from my dad they said they will go through cctv footage, well that didn't help.

I now have doubts if other parts which are handled during the service were also left loose, very disappointing.

They used to be the best service department at some stage in time, not sure what happened to that.
