Well done SMG Toyota Hillcrest
Wanted to say a huge thank you to Barry. Firstly I have not ever experienced the service he has given me from any other dealership, he keeps to his promises and gives you excellent advice about the whole deal, gives you time to think and answers your queries without having to say” I will have to ask someone about that” I am so excited in becoming part of the SMG Toyota Hillcrest family. Great service.
I recently had my vehicles serviced at Toyota Hillcrest and had a fantastic experience thanks to my service advisor, Cameron.He always goes the extra mile to explain things thoroughly and answer any questions I have. A special shoutout to Cameron for making the experience so positive!

Toyota SMG Cresta - This review is for my interaction with the Cresta Dealership. Vance (young man) & Dave, what can I say, you have truly exceeded the expectations of one very happy customer. You are two individuals with hearts of gold and an absolute great care for their customer’s needs. The deal that was structured, was not easy but you made it work. Service department is very unprofessional
My dads Fortuner was booked in for a service, extremely shocking and pathetic, the bonnet catch was disconnected and unbelievably battery terminal left loose(is the battery even supposed to be disconnected for a service?!) After complaints from my dad they said they will go through cctv footage, well that didn't help. I now have doubts if other parts which are handled during the service were also left loose, very disappointing. They used to be the best service department at some stage in time, not sure what happened to that.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Joshua from SMG Toyota Hillcrest and I must add, what a delight it was, Firstly he was pleasant, friendly and full of enthusiasm and very well versed with his job, the experience was phenomenal, so next time you are looking for a Toyota give Joshua a call and I'm sure you won't regret it.
