I purchased a men's leather laptop bag and paid for the bag in cash. R2350.00. The bag strap broke and I returned the bag to the gateway store on 6 June 2015. I was told by the store manager that there was no cash at the store and asked to use my debit card to do the refund. To date I have never received that money. I have been back and forth to the store and nobody wants to help resolve this issue. I have spoken to Prenasen , Blessing and left messages and emailed aazra and Payton. Still no feedback. This is very disappointing to note that I have been given the run around trying to obtain my own money from a store with your reputation.
