Two words: STAY AWAY. When I first contacted them, I neglected to check the other reviews warning me about them. Dries promised the world just to get the account. Initially he said 14 days, which would have taken us into mid May due to all the April holidays. When I said that's too far he said he could do it by end April. That was a blatant lie because it took until the end of MAY! Secondly, he simply does not communicate. He will not tell you about progress, delays, nothing, even when you ask. WhatsApp for unanswered and don't even bother trying to call because he never answers. The workmanship on my dining room chairs was good, I can't lie. My lounge suite is another story. It was overstuffed and the filling is very firm, so it's not as comfortable as it used to be. The cushions are now so high I look like a child with my legs hanging off it. In addition he said he would install zips to make future retstuffing easier. He never did and when I asked about it he said oh we can't (then why did you say you can!?!) There were also small tears that he said he would repair but didn't. Again, an excuse given after the fact. After much nagging he sent someone out to put a patch over the tears. (This guy also can't use his brains and put the same size patch on all of them so it looks decent, but rather put a size appropriate to the size of the tear - good in theory but idiotic in practice) Now we get to the real problem. My mom also commissioned him at the same time. Her chairs are much more difficult and need to be disassembled to get to the upholstery. His guys made an absolute F*** UP of the job. They scratched the wood, cracked it, reassembled it so the joints are loose. It took forever to get him to take them back (excuse after excuse), and when they came back they were even worse. Now more wood was cracked and they had applied a stain that changed the colour. We elected not to send them back a third time and will get another carpenter to sort them out. Needless to say he didn't even reply to my request for a partial refund on the labour for these chairs. The cherry on top is that this was the most expensive quote I got. My stupidity for thinking I'll get what I pay for. I should have taken one of the other ones. Hopefully this review will save someone else the headache I went through.

<p>Dear Hellopeter my wife purchased a dress from Hilton Weiner store at Gateway and paid by card on the 18 January 2017. Upon coming home, she decided to return the outfit and returned it to the store still intact in the original packaging with all the necessary tags and paperwork on the 19 January 17-the following day. The store has refused to refund stating that company policy is only to exchange or pass a credit. The outfit is in original condition and has not been worn. I am of the understanding that it is my right to have the opportunity of a refund if I am within the refund time frame and if the product protocol is in order. The store have flatly refused to refund stating that it is not company policy to offer refunds, although the product satisfies all their returns criteria. Please advise.</p>

My husband bought me a dress and a pair of pumps on 16 September 2015 as a birthday present at Urban Hilton Weiner in Sandton . When my husband made the purchase, I was away on a work trip. Upon my return I decided to try on the dress and pumps. Unfortunately, the pumps were a size bigger than my size. I therefore returned the pumps to Urban Hilton Weiner at Fourways Mall. The sale consultant advised me of the store's return policy. I was later advised to choose any item which was of the same value as the pumps. On that day, I couldn't find anything which was suitable for me to buy. I then expecidly asked the sales consultant to advise me on what I should do. I was later re-assured that \NEW"stock will be arriving"

I bought a dress n took it back for repair cause the zip was damaged. They took me to their tailor guy who confirmed that the zip was not put correctly which is why I always had a problem with it and advice them to replace the zip. The manager told me that she does not even know the dress meaning that the dress is old n again I don't have a receipt, even after the tailor guy explained the problem. She called another guy who is also a manager n believe he is her husband. They asked me where will they get a zip n said I must buy one n they will fix the dress. I ask for their head office number, they gave the numbers but told me that is useless cause head office will refer me back to them n they won't assist. They were so unprofessional n were arguing with me.....I have never seen a manager argu with a client before and they got too much attitude for managing position.

I purchased a men's leather laptop bag and paid for the bag in cash. R2350.00. The bag strap broke and I returned the bag to the gateway store on 6 June 2015. I was told by the store manager that there was no cash at the store and asked to use my debit card to do the refund. To date I have never received that money. I have been back and forth to the store and nobody wants to help resolve this issue. I have spoken to Prenasen , Blessing and left messages and emailed aazra and Payton. Still no feedback. This is very disappointing to note that I have been given the run around trying to obtain my own money from a store with your reputation.

Bought a dress for R1500 on the 21/04/2015 returned it on the 02/05/2015 due to it tearing after dry cleaning(as per care instructions) they don't return cash but they haven't even had a single new ladies item in three months. They took the dress in last Monday and Azraa promised to get back to me after communicating with the brand manager and till today she hasn't done so. This is the worst ever service I have ever received considering the price of their items, now they are holding onto my money and my dress!

I was blown away by the service, attitude and professionalism of Katletgo and the team at the Sandton branch.<br> The atmosphere was fun, engaging with and supportive - not easy to satisfy a Mother and her teenage son for a Matric Dance suit.<br> At all times Kaltego, you were accommodating and professional - I am an impatient Shopper but I do know that I would surely visit your Store again!<br> Daniela
