mystery charges while waiting for settlement letter
unprofessional staff, nobody knows what anyone in their team is doing. they refuse to update the settlement agreement on my credit portfolio and worse there are mystery charges creeping up as soon as i finish paying

water and lights depleted in my absence
bad service from this service provider. My utilities get depleted even when I am not at my place of residence and reconnection fee is two times my actual bill. not happy at all with the lack of compassion and cold heartedness. I wonder who uses my electricity and water when I am not home.

They helped me pick out a great suit and even accompanied me to a tailor to get my suit resized to fit me perfectly
