We were a large group of people who had supper at Tribeca on Thursday 06/03/2025. Serivice was terrible and food average. I waited 15 min for a blunt steak knife to be replaced. Drink and food order were slow. You will not see me again. Please don't contact me and please don't serve up platitudes that will insult my intelligence. Train your staff.

Waited at entrance to be seated, but nobody to assist me. Walked up and down between tables at front, but no assistance. Waitress (Angela) was standing outside chatting with friend. I complained to her that she was ignoring me. Her response: someone else at the entrance us supposed to help me. But, of course, nobody at the entrance, met with a shrug!

For the best coffee beans/grounds/pods (and Freezo powder!) there is no better place to visit than Tribeca Coffee Company in Centurion (Rooihuiskraal). After being a client for many years I can vouche that the quality of their products are outstanding. Their service is promt, efficient and always with a smile. I highly recommend any coffee connoisseur to visit this gem. You won't be disappointed!

For the best coffee beans/grounds/pods (and Freezo powder!) there is no better place to visit than Tribeca Coffee Company in Centurion (Rooihuiskraal). The building had the most delicious aroma and there was a caffeinated buz in the air. The people were friendly and kind upon greeting and the facilities were very attractive and ultra modern. Over all i would recommend doing business with them and if you love coffee check out what they offer !

I have quite an unpleasant experience with this company situated a Woolworths in North mead, the level of treatment the poor employees receive in the hands of the supervisors and managers is unspeakable, the level of humiliation and disrespect the employees are subjected to in front of the customers, is the department of labour aware of the fact that South African employees are treated unfairly in their own country while foreigners whom I doubt have proper documents are the ones holding high positions. It’s disheartening to witness our people being subjected to poor working conditions while Tribeca is such a big company, is Woolworths aware of the unfair treatment of workers. Woolworths has lost one loyal customer.

Tribeca @ Mall of Africa has such great food. It's so different and interesting. It might just be the particular waitress that we were unfortunately stuck with, but the service was so lousy. She was inattentive, slow, pre-occupied with her colleagues and I had to keep reminding her about what I'd asked for. I don't go to restaurants to nag...

I have signed an offer to purchase the house with the above company on the 1st Feb then on the 2nd Feb 2018 I sent them a letter of cancellation since I am going through a divorce and do not have money, they refuse to accept it they are forcing me to buy the house. People beware of this company. I have sent them a link from EAAB that says I have the right to cancel they say it does not apply to me.
