Ordered from a company who used Fastway as the courier company. I received a WhatsApp as well as email communication from the day of collection to delivery 📦 The delivery driver was friendly and efficient. What a pleasure dealing with Fastway

Tools left in engine!
Thanks kia for such a great recall service!! I left with a few extra tools clamping my coolant pipe! Such a wonderful surprise to get home with a car running hotter than normal, to find a Vice clamp left inside! Constant Harassment for details
I am shocked by the unprofessionalism of their telesales team! I received a call today- the salesman believes I have a car- which I have never owned- when I correct them they get rather upset as I am lying. The telesales proceeds to ask me for any contacts from my phone who he can call- the number they called me on is a work cellphone- I told him I do not have any personal contacts on this phone. He proceeds to carry on that its his job to call people I can just share one number with him, after 3 or 4 times of saying NO he says he will hold the line while I check. Has this company never heard of the POPIA Act??? I hang up the phone. I received another call from the same gent asking again for referrals. Every day is constant harassment from this company about a car I don't even own!

Service Centre
I am so disappointed in Kia Fourways Service centre, This was the first time I have taken my Rio in there, the last 2 times was at Edenvale. They provided me with a list of items they had checked and inspected, on there was my back windscreen wiper. I knew for a fact that it needed replacing, the service centre assured me everything was A okay. True bob the windscreen wiper was hanging lose... If they can not check and inspect such an obvious thing, how can I trust they serviced my car with the care and attention to detail that is required!! A few weeks later I decided to take it in to get the wiper replaced at another branch- The service centre requested my services book, I then discovered the book had been ripped, a few pages torn... Thank you Kia Fourways for respecting my property and treating it with respect... I for sure will never be walking through your doors again!!! I highly recommend if you are taking your car for a service please take the drive to Edenvale!
