I stream DSTV via my laptop and consistently experience problems that I do not encounter with any other streaming service. During the India vs Proteas series, there were repeated sound issues with the Afrikaans commentary, accompanied by on-screen messages stating, “We apologies (sic) for the sound problems.” Similar problems occurred again during some of the Betway SA20 matches. On those occasions, the issues were attributed to weather conditions, yet none of my other streaming services were affected at the same time. In addition, because the Afrikaans commentators are not present at the venue, there is a noticeable delay in their reactions to key moments in the game, which detracts from the viewing experience. I also find the persistent criticism of players and team strategy unnecessarily negative and irritating. From a technical perspective, I regularly receive a “PER undefined” error. Every time I load a page, it buffers, and I have to manually refresh before it will load properly. There is nothing wrong with my Wi-Fi signal strength or my laptop - I am technically competent and perform regular maintenance on my device. It is also extremely frustrating that highlights often take hours to become available on DStv, while the same content is usually accessible on YouTube within minutes of an event ending. Given these ongoing issues, I am not surprised that DStv is losing subscribers. This is clearly not only a pricing issue, but also one of service quality and reliability. To add insult to injury, when I attempted to submit this very complaint, I received a “Something went wrong” error message. That, unfortunately, sums up the entire experience. These problems are not recent. I have been experiencing one issue or another for years. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO REACT, PLEASE DO SO VIA EMAIL.
I needed to withdraw an e-wallet cash for a worker this morning. The ATM at Waverley Plaza has not been working for weeks now. I then went to the one at Rietondale Pavilion and that one was also not working. Finally I could use the one at Jakaranda Centre. What is happening FNB???

Chrisjan is friendly and efficient and communicates regularly. The cars for which I have had valets done, were spotless. Highly recommended!
You can opt out of marketing and promotional sms's all you like, you will still get them. Drives me insane! I am not sure whether blocking the number will be the solution.
I am finding it increasingly frustrating to use Uber Rides. The feedback options on the app are lacking. Today I had a driver who spoke to somebody on the phone for quite a while (the only option on the app that was applicable), drove 80km/h on the highway, didn't indicate when changing lanes, turned against a red robot and then argued with me about it. Under the "other" feedback options on the app one cannot elaborate.
We were a large group of people who had supper at Tribeca on Thursday 06/03/2025. Serivice was terrible and food average. I waited 15 min for a blunt steak knife to be replaced. Drink and food order were slow. You will not see me again. Please don't contact me and please don't serve up platitudes that will insult my intelligence. Train your staff.
I use Uber drive often. Lately I have been very frustrated with slow response times on the app and the time it takes for a driver to arrive,
