Telkom installed a line but it hasn't worked since its installation. This was reported on the 7th of January and since then they said they will send a technician which they haven't. When we contacted them after 12 days, we were told they resolve queries with in 14 working days and that we should wait.16 days later, we still haven't been assisted. This is absolutely atrocious service, should there ever be another same service provide, I'll never look back, Telkom is the worst company to deal with, they just couldn't careless about their customers.
Bought a dress for R1500 on the 21/04/2015 returned it on the 02/05/2015 due to it tearing after dry cleaning(as per care instructions) they don't return cash but they haven't even had a single new ladies item in three months. They took the dress in last Monday and Azraa promised to get back to me after communicating with the brand manager and till today she hasn't done so. This is the worst ever service I have ever received considering the price of their items, now they are holding onto my money and my dress!
My phone claim was efficiently handled by a friendly agent.
