Misinformed by sales consultant
My husband bought me a dress and a pair of pumps on 16 September 2015 as a birthday present at Urban Hilton Weiner in Sandton . When my husband made the purchase, I was away on a work trip. Upon my return I decided to try on the dress and pumps. Unfortunately, the pumps were a size bigger than my size. I therefore returned the pumps to Urban Hilton Weiner at Fourways Mall. The sale consultant advised me of the store's return policy. I was later advised to choose any item which was of the same value as the pumps. On that day, I couldn't find anything which was suitable for me to buy. I then expecidly asked the sales consultant to advise me on what I should do. I was later re-assured that \NEW"stock will be arriving"

Poor Quality of clothing
I bought a dress on 21 October 2015 and I wore it the following day. Obviously I didn't keep the slip because I did not forsee that there will be anything wrong with the garment after I had worn it. On Satarday 24 October 2015, I washed the dress. After ironing the dress I discovered that the dress had actually shrunk in size. The initial size I bought was a 14 but now the dress is a size 12. I am absolutely disappointed in Mr Price's clothes, I am now sitting with a dress which is too small for me to wear. What am I supposed to do with this dress now???
