<p>Dear Hellopeter my wife purchased a dress from Hilton Weiner store at Gateway and paid by card on the 18 January 2017. Upon coming home, she decided to return the outfit and returned it to the store still intact in the original packaging with all the necessary tags and paperwork on the 19 January 17-the following day. The store has refused to refund stating that company policy is only to exchange or pass a credit. The outfit is in original condition and has not been worn. I am of the understanding that it is my right to have the opportunity of a refund if I am within the refund time frame and if the product protocol is in order. The store have flatly refused to refund stating that it is not company policy to offer refunds, although the product satisfies all their returns criteria. Please advise.</p>
