**** website. Placed an order. It hasn't been delivered or anything. Emails are unanswered. Calls go to voicemail. Stay away
Easy to order, delivered timeously. My only complaint, if you can call it that, is that they're a little pricey.
Bought a set from them and asked them to cancel 3 minutes after ordering. They ignored the email, shipped the item anyway. I sent it back, they now say they can't refund because it's a sale item and they don't refund sale items. Meanwhile I asked for a cancellation, not a refund. If they want to stick to the letter, then this subtle difference matters. Last time I buy from them. Importatoy and Bricks n Blocks will be getting my money, which is substantial - I only buy Ultimate Collectors Series sets.
I have written 2 positive reviews for these guys before, but their service remains consistently awesome and so they deserve another. There is no other online pet store I would rather deal with. They are always pleasant and always willing to help.
Two words: STAY AWAY. When I first contacted them, I neglected to check the other reviews warning me about them. Dries promised the world just to get the account. Initially he said 14 days, which would have taken us into mid May due to all the April holidays. When I said that's too far he said he could do it by end April. That was a blatant lie because it took until the end of MAY! Secondly, he simply does not communicate. He will not tell you about progress, delays, nothing, even when you ask. WhatsApp for unanswered and don't even bother trying to call because he never answers. The workmanship on my dining room chairs was good, I can't lie. My lounge suite is another story. It was overstuffed and the filling is very firm, so it's not as comfortable as it used to be. The cushions are now so high I look like a child with my legs hanging off it. In addition he said he would install zips to make future retstuffing easier. He never did and when I asked about it he said oh we can't (then why did you say you can!?!) There were also small tears that he said he would repair but didn't. Again, an excuse given after the fact. After much nagging he sent someone out to put a patch over the tears. (This guy also can't use his brains and put the same size patch on all of them so it looks decent, but rather put a size appropriate to the size of the tear - good in theory but idiotic in practice) Now we get to the real problem. My mom also commissioned him at the same time. Her chairs are much more difficult and need to be disassembled to get to the upholstery. His guys made an absolute F*** UP of the job. They scratched the wood, cracked it, reassembled it so the joints are loose. It took forever to get him to take them back (excuse after excuse), and when they came back they were even worse. Now more wood was cracked and they had applied a stain that changed the colour. We elected not to send them back a third time and will get another carpenter to sort them out. Needless to say he didn't even reply to my request for a partial refund on the labour for these chairs. The cherry on top is that this was the most expensive quote I got. My stupidity for thinking I'll get what I pay for. I should have taken one of the other ones. Hopefully this review will save someone else the headache I went through.

Once again amazing service. Mel and Ashleigh are awesome. Credit where it's due. We always complain about bad service, but good sevice deserves recognition.
Bought a refurb Hydro 15 vac 17 January. On 22 April, the turbo brush head stops working. Warranty ended 17 April. Tevo factory store Strubens Valley won't replace head. Barely a week out of warranty. Second excuse is that warranty does not covers accessories, only the actual cylinder, which IS NOT specified in the warranty terms. I had to buy a replacement head. I will not be buying anything from Tevo again, and I will discourage all family\friends as well. You cannot have stuff coincidentally failing just after the warranty lapses.
I had a faulty access keypad. I emailed them to ask about another model replacement. Rather than just sell me a new one, they asked me to send a pic of the old one, then put me in touch with the manufacturer of that one, where I got a replacement with more outstanding service (Kingdom Electronics, separate review done). They could easily have just sold me a new one that they had, but clearly they have excellent work ethic. The person who helped me is Gavin. I have bought from them before, and they suually give good service, but this has just assured that I will always go to them first for my security needs.
I had a really old access keypad that stopped working. After some awesome help from ANOTHER STORE (separate review - Alarmtec in Krugersdorp) who put me.intouch with KE who make the pad, I spoke to a technician named Andrew. He was extremely helpful. He tested my old keypad and decoder, determined that the decoder was fine, and so I just needed the keypad itself, saving me half the cost of a new one. When I went home to install, it wasn't working. I phoned him again, thinking the new one is faulty. He guided me through troubleshooting so that it saved me a trip (turns out a fuse on my CP80 had blown and wasn't sending power to the decoder). Really outstanding service.
