Unhappy client
I don't even know where to start, I've been complaining about the system that is not functioning well, I called the call center promised to come back to me and inform a technician, untill now. The only thing that they are doing well is deducting their money, for what? I dont know.

Help 24 Secure (Not so Secure)
I have long stories of multiple incidents of bad service from Help 24 Secure. It will take me to long to list it all here. Reported the poor service on multiple occasions, but nothing changes. The only thing they are good at is debiting your account every month, and even before the date they are supposed to. They are so bad that one time when they called after an alarm, I gave the wrong pass code and their controller accepted it and never sent out a response vehicle.

Help 24 Secure (Not so Secure)

I would to say thank you to Help24 team in Mindalore/Witpoortjie. Brandon, Sam, Shane, Walter and the others as well. You guys are truly amazing and I would defiantly recommend you guys. Thank you for everything you guys have done in 2025. I can't even count how many times you guys have assisted with no hesitation and no matter what the situation was. Brandon to you thank you for your swift response on many occasions. May you guys be blessed and may 2026 only bring you many more happy clients like me.

I cannot thank Help 24 Security enough, especially Nicolaas and Rodney, for their incredible assistance. They arrived in no time at all and immediately took control of the situation with professionalism and calm confidence. Nicolaas went above and beyond by staying with us for three hours until everything was fully under control. He is truly a joy to have in our area — trustworthy, friendly, and exceptionally quick to respond when a bad situation arises. His presence alone brings a sense of safety and reassurance. DO NOT TRUST HELP24 – A “SECURITY” COMPANY IN NAME ONLY I deeply regret ever signing up with Help24 — a company that masquerades as a private security provider, yet fails at every basic level of the job. For months, they’ve had zero presence in our area: no patrols, no visibility, no engagement. When real incidents occurred, they were nowhere. What they offer is not security — it’s a false sense of safety wrapped in a logo and stuck to a gate. One chilling evening, while I was away, my wife and children were home alone and noticed someone lurking on our property. In fear, she contacted me. I tried calling the Help24 office, their only visible patroller, and even the manager. No answer. No help. No response — even after triggering the panic button. To this day, we’ve heard nothing. Had it not been for our neighbours — and me speeding home — I dread what the outcome might have been. That night we were abandoned by the very company we were paying to protect us. I cancelled my contract more than two months ago as a result of this gross negligence. And yet, Help24 had the audacity to *******ly debit my account once again this week, without authorisation or justification. I have asked — repeatedly — for a copy of my signed contract. None has ever been produced. I even confirmed via WhatsApp with their own staff that I was no longer a client. Still, they helped themselves to my bank account, even demanding a R2,000 cancellation fee. I issued a final demand: • Immediate refund of the unauthorised debit • Written confirmation that billing is terminated • Complete removal of my personal and banking details from their system What have I received? Nothing. No refund. No apology. No basic accountability. Let me make it crystal clear: Help24 is not a security company. It is a predatory, billing-first operation hiding behind flashing lights and marketing fluff. They are not just ineffective — they are dangerous in their false promises. Their negligence could get someone killed. If you’re considering them for your home, business or family — don’t. Help24 offers no help. No protection. No integrity. I am now moving forward with: • Formal complaints to the Consumer Goods & Services Ombud and Banking Ombudsman • Filing a ***** report with my bank • Sharing this review across every relevant online and community platform Avoid Help24 at all costs. Help 24 secure useless
I know that they lost a lot of access keys to clients premises. Clients not aware of situation as staff gets told not to say anything Mindalore, lindhaven, witpoortjie area whole bundle keys lost They hire staff without doing a ******** check.

Help24 Secure bad service
Please do not use Help24 secure as a security provider. I had multiple panic alarms on different occasions and had no response from them, i had to call a ADT to assist. The emergency/control room number 0876540419 is constantly on subscriber unavailable. Poor service from accounts department as well. Tried to cancel my contract several times via Email and received no response, tried to cancel it via phone call and was told to send an email.still no response, had to physically go to the office to get them to cancel the contract. Please do research before subscribing to Help24secure, in the end you will pay for a service you wont receive

Help24 Secure bad service
Please do not use Help24 secure as a security provider. I had multiple panic alarms on different occasions and had no response from them, i had to call a ADT to assist. The emergency/control room number 0876540419 is constantly on subscriber unavailable. Poor service from accounts department as well. Tried to cancel my contract several times via Email and received no response, tried to cancel it via phone call and was told to send an email.still no response, had to physically go to the office to get them to cancel the contract. Please do research before subscribing to Help24secure, in the end you will pay for a service you wont receive

Very *********** and useless service (DO NOT USE THEM)
They really are as pathetic as people claim they are. I cancelled my service with them since I sold my property and served them my 30day notice which they accepted and told me they would come and take out the radio within the next 30 days. 40 days went by and voila, another debit order went off. I gave them a call and the lady was ***********. She asked me if I can cancel the debit order on my side....I mean ***??? First of all, this is YOUR responsibility to cancel my debit order within the 30 day notice. Secondly, I pay banking fees to cancel a debit order. I asked the lady to schedule a refund for the ******** debit order and she was again, very ***********. I did not get any refund and till today they never came to take out their radio. They barely have any patrol vehicles in my area in Roodepoort and yes, tested them and it took them ages to arrive. ADT was the best by far and I will always recommend ADT. If I get a second ******** debit going off, they will surely hear from my lawyer. PLEASE, to anyone who want to make use of their service, THINK TWICE. I will NEVER recommend them to any person.
