I am writing to formally dispute my Help24 contract.

At the time of signing, I was informed by your salesperson, Rudi, that I was agreeing to a 12 month (1 year) contract. Based on this information, I agreed to proceed.

I have since discovered that the written contract reflects a 36 month term, which was never disclosed to me at the time of the sale.

This constitutes misrepresentation. I would not have agreed to the contract had the 36 month term been explained to me.

I therefore: • Reject the 36 month contract term, and • Request immediate correction to a 12 month term OR cancellation of the contract without penalty.

Please treat this as a formal dispute and provide written confirmation within 7 days.
