I am writing to formally dispute my Help24 contract. At the time of signing, I was informed by your salesperson, Rudi, that I was agreeing to a 12 month (1 year) contract. Based on this information, I agreed to proceed. I have since discovered that the written contract reflects a 36 month term, which was never disclosed to me at the time of the sale. This constitutes misrepresentation. I would not have agreed to the contract had the 36 month term been explained to me. I therefore: • Reject the 36 month contract term, and • Request immediate correction to a 12 month term OR cancellation of the contract without penalty. Online order - I have placed an order on the 30th Jan 2023, for my husband bday - On the 07 Feb 2023 it was delivered, the next day i discovered it was the incorrect order delivered to me. After numerous emails, WhatsApp and calls - I am still waiting for a response from Makro about my order.
