I don't even know where to start, I've been complaining about the system that is not functioning well, I called the call center promised to come back to me and inform a technician, untill now. The only thing that they are doing well is deducting their money, for what? I dont know.
I had an outstanding of R939, I paid it last week with a referrence that they gave me now I can' print the proof of payment from my app, I asked them to checck it from their statement, they keep on sending those urgent msg's. I don't have time to go to the bank as well.
I spoke with Lungile Phefo she was soo kind and talkative, she explained most of the things.
