I have long stories of multiple incidents of bad service from Help 24 Secure. It will take me to long to list it all here. Reported the poor service on multiple occasions, but nothing changes. The only thing they are good at is debiting your account every month, and even before the date they are supposed to. They are so bad that one time when they called after an alarm, I gave the wrong pass code and their controller accepted it and never sent out a response vehicle.
How does one get a response and help from Vodacom. My wifi went down on Saturday night at about 9PM.We logged a call with them on Sunday morning and up to now we have not received feedback and have no clue what the problem is. We called several times yesterday and were told that someone would get back to us, but we are still waiting, and the wifi is still down.
I bought something from Makro online and received something totally different to what I ordered. I called their Call Centre and they are blaming their suppliers for the mistake, saying they probably did not have stock of what I ordered. Why did Makro accept my order when they don't have stock and then just send me whatever they feel like sending. Now I have to log a query on their web site to get a refund and wait who knows how long before I get my refund.
