Dear Standard Bank Team, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the complete lack of service I have received over the past two weeks. Two weeks ago, I contacted your team via email regarding issues with my accounts, including a bank card that is not functioning. To date, I have received no response whatsoever — not even an acknowledgement of my query. Yesterday, I followed up telephonically and was informed that someone would call me back. No one has done so. Today, I attempted to escalate the matter further, however the branch manager has not answered my call, leaving me without any assistance or recourse. It is extremely concerning that after two weeks, I have received no service, no communication, and no resolution. This is far below the standard expected from a leading financial institution. I request the following as a matter of urgency: Immediate contact from a representative who can resolve my issue An explanation for the complete lack of response over the past two weeks Urgent resolution of my non-functioning bank card Please treat this matter with urgency. If I do not receive a prompt response, I will escalate this complaint further. (The last time I tried to escalate my complaint I got told to go bank somewhere else, I don't know what to do anymore, at least you read Hello Peter)

I had such a wonderful experience at Del Forno Bergbron this morning! I urgently needed 2 focaccias for my child’s Heritage Day and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. They went out of their way to make sure I was sorted quickly, with smiles all around. This wasn’t my first visit – the last time we ordered, the food was absolutely delicious, and today they proved again that their service matches the quality of their meals. Thank you, Del Forno Bergbron, for making mornings like this stress-free and special. Highly recommended!

There was an issue with a wrong package being delivered, I called the call center and got wonderful quick efficient service from Tiyana.M, the driver who came to collect and exchange the package was also so lovely, her name was Phumi. Well done ladies, its not often something like this can be fixed so swiftly. Such great service... I will definately use Take Alot again! Thank you
Again not great... How do ****mers get our details and ***** 5K easily, also another person from your ***** Department calls last week Wednesday saying they will re-compensate 25% of the value ******, however nothing has happened up to this point. I am with FNB and Capitec and not once has anyone tried to ***** money off of me? what is going on with Standard Bank that all your customers continuously get **** calls? My mother included... its utterly disgusting Standard Bank, I want to move ALL of our banking to FNB but for some reason my husband still has faith in you. NOT happy clients at all, I feel like you have failed us....Even walking into Clear Water mall we looked at like pieces of garbage, if your staff don't want to work there tell them to stay at home.
I would just like to comment to say that I am so thankful, happy and grateful I got Jaylee on the phone today to help me with my authorization. She was friendly, she was kind and very informative. If I had a choice she would be my go too every time, Thank you for making my day Jaylee and for just being so kind to me.
