Don’t Hire It

Needed an orbital sander from Hire It Claremont. Getting back home saw sander broken and unusable. Did job by hand and managed to get sander back to store in afternoon. Not very helpful desk attendant and then refunded only half the value that I paid. Said “That’s it” and would not engage with me further. Clearly not aware of NCA and clearly not interested in customer relations. Equipment was really in bad condition.
