Horrible service from Hirsch's
This is the worst service I have ever received from any company in Somerset West! They market how they care about customers, but that is all a big lie. Today is the 5th day that I had to take of from work to receive my delivery. And each day they get it wrong or make up an excuse and never deliver. And over the phone they assure me all is arranged. So either they are lying or they can't do their job. Would absolutely recommend to buy elsewhere. Very disappointed!

We have had an awesome experience shopping at Hirsch's in Somerset West. The staff were friendly and super efficient. Special thanks to Luweshan (Sales) who was really knowledgeable and didn't try to sell us the most expensive product - he considered our budgets (both my husbands and mine!) and needs and made an big effort to find us the best price. Thanks too to Gonda in the Warehouse - friendly, efficient and called me back when she said she would :-)

We have had an awesome experience shopping at Hirsch's in Somerset West. The staff were friendly and super efficient.
