We have had an awesome experience shopping at Hirsch's in Somerset West. The staff were friendly and super efficient. Special thanks to Luweshan (Sales) who was really knowledgeable and didn't try to sell us the most expensive product - he considered our budgets (both my husbands and mine!) and needs and made an big effort to find us the best price. If I could give a ZERO rating I would. My car was stolen in February - recovered the same day - I still don't have it back. Discovery blundering took 6 weeks to get it booked in for repairs and we are still waiting... Discovery do not respond to emails. The Call Centre is unable to help us and even though our case has been "escalated" numerous times we still have no answers. Our broker is not getting anywhere either. The frustration is off the charts.
