Well where to start... First I want ti say this is the most bad service provider I have ever seen in my entire life. Firstly I struggled with my Fibre since they came and put it in. It goea off for few seconds for no reason at all. Fight with them a lot for months. Everytime they want full payment but they don't think of half the month when you are left without internet or a line that runs 5mbps when you have a 50mbps line. Went on for few months and suddenly I had no wifi so I called them and they only said to me they will sent someone to come see what is wrong. They don't say anything about call out fee or whatsoever... They came they looked couldn't find anything wrong changed a cable on the 2 white boxes and leave. 6 days passed suddenly wifi went off. I call them and ask what is wrong with the wifi. They said it has been suspended because of outstanding fees. Never got the fees they were talkimg about. So I query it because in first place it wasn't told to me anything about an call out fee. Wasn't told I mist pay for this and that. So they s****ped the fee after huge fight and listening to the conversation I had with the person.
3 days a woman called everyday so she and I can figure out what is wrong that the wifi keeps citting out for a few seconds. The Friday afternoon wifi is off. I call again they tell me no they must sent a technician there is a break on the cable outside it is on their side I won't pay a thing. I asked them when the tech will come. They can't answer. Called about R250 airtime out on them from the Monday to next Monday. Called everyday. The Monday I called again to get an update of when the technicians will come and sort this out afterall I am loyal customer that always pays her account. No they said the technicians will come today but they can't tell me how late.
I moved doctor's appointment and everything so I can be here when they come, but no one comes. I ask for answers they just ignore me. I call 5 times they put the phone down in my ear. I called 6th time they answer.
I asked them tell them I am tired. This is not fair. All I get is sorry I will put in a ticket for a update. That is all. Still no wifi. No technician no answers.
Best of all. I recommended a lot of people to use herotel because when I started using them they were good. Now I feel so sad that I did that because this is so far the worst service providers I have ever seen.
Be carefull when people are choosing a service provider. Herotel are not loyal to their customers. No matter how loyal the customers are to them.
Months of paying before due date every last cent not even asking for the times when my wifi was off. And this was the service I got in the end from them.
