**Warning! ************* Practices – Stay Away from HitBTC**
I had a terrible experience with HitBTC. They were extremely dishonest, constantly asking for deposits, and even restricting my account, which had over R249,000. I tried reaching out to their customer service, but they were unhelpful and refused to resolve the issue. Thankfully, I got in touch with Mrs. Faina, who took my case seriously. She helped restore my account, and I was able to withdraw everything. I’m now completely done with HitBTC and would advise others to stay away from them. Please Check your Bank Transactions, these guys will debit your amounts without you knowing. My Account has been debited with over 4 different transactions ranging from R195 - R300 and when am making a follow up they said i signed up for discount electronics that i dont even know of. When i requested for a Refund they said there is no refund whatsoever. I think its one company operating in two names; @hitechshopprgo.com and @shycounters.com
