Bad service and disrespectful treatment of customers

Really really bad service and customer treatment. I was treated by the boss with the utmost disrespect. Owen was very nice and I feel sorry for him trying to mop up his boss's bad service and disrespectful behaviour. I had to wait 4 days longer than the promised delivery date. I had to take my phone back again because the mic was now faulty and all my calls was dropping. No communication from them. Avoid them....
