Scammers
These guys scammed me R2200 for a laptop screen I ordered from them, I paid them after I received a quote after that they kept making excuses that the courier didn't pick up the screen then they said they sent it to the wrong address and it was shipped back to them now they don't answer any of my emails or WhatsApp messages it's been 3 months already.

Bad service and disrespectful treatment of customers
Really really bad service and customer treatment. I was treated by the boss with the utmost disrespect. Owen was very nice and I feel sorry for him trying to mop up his boss's bad service and disrespectful behaviour. I had to wait 4 days longer than the promised delivery date. I had to take my phone back again because the mic was now faulty and all my calls was dropping. No communication from them. Avoid them....

Laptop broken by HK comupters
<p>I took my Laptop in for a Hinge repair on the 10.03.2017 got quoted for a Hinge replacement have copy of quote to prove this.</p> <p>Based on several delays I finally was told my laptop was ready to be picked up dated 14.03.2017.</p> <p>Upon going to the store to collect the laptop I noticed that the screen had a crack on it in the top left hand corner.</p> <p>I raised this concern to the Manager who in turn said it was there even though I had evidence in the form of pics we took that we sent to them to get a quote which did not indicate that the crack was there.</p> <p>Eventually after much argument I agreed to replace the screen but it would be at my cost ,I felt as I had no choice in the matter.</p> <p>It has now been 3 months later and I still do not have my laptop as it now cannot not even boot up and all HK staff are telling me there is nothing they can do.</p> <p>Someone needs to close this store down as they are ripping off people by aggravating repairs and not owning up to failures made by themselves</p> <p> </p> <p>no one at this store wants to take ownership of the issue and all I am told is we need to order parts</p>

Laptop broken by HK comupters

Bunch of unprofessional useless thiefs
<p>sent my phone all the way from joburg after they claimed to be the only that could repair motherboards </p> <p>only to find out they couldn't do what they claimed they could And want to charge me diagnostic fee when I already knew what the problem is </p> <p> </p> <p>when someone went to collect the phone it wasn't ready for collection like they claimed and now the useless scum want to charge me R350 to courier the phone to joburg </p> <p> </p> <p>Bunch of unprofessional scum in my opinion and the manager named Michael is of no use </p>

WORST WORST SERVICE
I took my laptop to HK Computers, Bellville, and was told that I would be contacted within 7 days and informed of why it won't switch on. After two whole weeks and no contact from them, I had to call numerous times to inquire about what is taking them so long. Apparently the part was being shipped. Fine. After two months, I was told to come and collect my laptop, saying that it cannot be fixed. Upon collection I discovered that most of my screws that the back was missing. Upon returning to the shop, I was told that it was in that condition then i brought it in. After an argument ensued, all of a sudden my screws appeared. Worst possible service ...EVER. I would advise everyone to rather take their electronics elsewhere.
