I was invited to join forces with HK Computer's "amazing, quick and efficient" laptop repair service as an add-on for my business. Most of the work I sent had an endless list of mistakes and excuses, costing me money and serious embarrassment.

Seems Cybersmart is the new Telkom headache nightmare call center with painstakingly incompetent staff, passing the buck from one to the other, says \please hold\" and cut the line when they don't know anymore, or promise to call you back \"within an hour\". Such is Ibtishaam, who over and again, won't phone back as promised and when you look for her, she's left for the day.

So this is what happened: somebody at Cybersmart (accidentally!?) deleted our email address!! My call's been transferred back and forth, and seems to always end up with Ibtishaam, who repeatedly misdiagnoses the problem re emails not coming in. She made so many mistakes and her wrong advice cost us just under R2k in CASH: buying more data after duplicate downloading inboxes, paying IT professionals to troubleshoot their so-called Outlook problem, then going through their messy call-center, again, as where they had to simply re-create the email address and add a forwarder to the new one. But getting this simple request done, cost HOURS, and I mean, HOURS on the phone. Then finally they get it right and then she messes up the forwarder!

Cybersmart doesn't seem to cope with their newly acquired success very well."
