Useless company. When you have an issue you have to contact them via WhatsApp. You cannot speak to a technician and in my case they took 13 minutes and ended the chat. Then they asked if they assisted me. To avoid frustration don't enlist them as a service provider.

My wifi is down .Contacted cybersmart yesterday call ref 413953 was promised a technician would be here at 5pm today to replace modem.Already 5.30pm no technician no phone call. Such poor service delivery.

The Cybersmart accounts is fast asleep domain hosting paid but they still suspends the domain and website stating its not paid. They are beyond ***********. Im making it clear legal actionwill be taken last warning from my side. If your a prospective new client be fully aware of their *********** accounts department for not doing their work and suspending accounts .

Cybersmart often have things go wrong and it is often time consuminng and difficult to get through to tech support and get good answers. However, if you are ready for 24 hours of down time, then the value proposition is great, and mostly the service works.

Never try to set up a debit order with their accounts department or with Netcash that they use. I have been struggling for 8 months now. Still no success despite sending 3 confirmations of Bank details, plus a new debit form. Meanwhile they keep suspending my website.

I am writing this review to warn potential customers about the appalling level of service I have received from Cybersmart. After my fibre service went down, I immediately logged a fault. Since then, an unreasonable amount of time has passed, and I am still without any internet connection. The core issue is a complete failure in communication and service delivery. Here is a summary of my experience: Empty Promises: I have had to follow up numerous times. On every single call, I am promised that a technician will contact me to schedule a repair. This has never happened. Not once. Unresponsive Support: The official Cybersmart WhatsApp support desk is incredibly slow. It can take ages to get a simple reply, making it useless for resolving any urgent issues. Inaccessible Management: I have repeatedly asked to speak to a manager to escalate this problem, but my requests have been ignored. There seems to be no way to escalate a complaint. I am left with a service I am paying for that does not work, and worse, there is zero commitment from Cybersmart on a timeline for a fix. They have left me completely in the dark.
