Think twice about buying this brand. I am trying to contact them for 1 week now to no avail. Used their online reporting system, they don't get back to you. They must have a lot of products that are troublesome.
Been trying to get a manager to contact me since 10am yesterday with no luck. Contacted them on numerous occasions only to be told a manager will contact you. Still waiting whilst they suspended my service even though I have a credit with them. Just skip this company if you looking for an internet service provider.
The Public should read their policy carefully because this insurance company has a lot of exclusions. For e.g. they do not cover accidental damage to your buildings. Be very careful with them. In fact I would discourage anybody that wants to insure their property to stay away from Hollard. Hello Peter forces you to insert a star but in actual fact this company deserves a "zero" from me,
I wanted to sign up on condition that I do not have a contract which effectively means month to month. I agreed to pay for my tracker and I informed them that I will institute a stop order on my account instead of a debit order because it's a month to month. I was informed that if I want to do that I must pay 12 months in advance. Now why would I opt out of a contract and still pay 12 months in advance? Really cartrack, you just want to force people to have contracts.
Vumatel is one useless company. Sadly they have a "monopoly" in the area so I am stuck with them. Had a natural cause to a break in my wifi cable on Friday (19/01/2024). Reported it (with pictures of the snapped cable) and was told by my ISP that the turnaround time is 24-72 hours. On Saturday I receive a message from Britelink vuma enquiring whether my wifi is working. I rep**** stating that the cable is cut to which I was informed that the technician would come out on Sunday (21/01/2024) @ 10.00. At 09h59 on Sunday she asks me if I am at home so she can send the technician out. Anyways that's another useless company, so the technician comes out and immediately sees the snapped cable and says this is the job for the installation team not us. I told them I informed my ISP and Britelink of the snapped cable and the ISP informed Vumatel when they logged the fault. The lady said they send out the wrong team to decide if I must pay or if it's a free repair. The technician informed her that's its a natural cause and she should have sent the correct team. Although I explained to them that my complete security system is linked to the wifi and it does not work now they couldn't be bothered. I am still awaiting a phone call (at least) from them. They dont see it fit to contact you to appraise you of whats going on. If I know of any other solutions besides this useless vumatel (they are not a solution btw) I would definitely go with them.
I am in the market for a new business cellphone contract and have approached Telkom since Saturday 16 Jan 2016. I have left numerous messages at the store and the call centre to no avail. Nobody gets back to you.
