Bunch of unprofessional useless thiefs
<p>sent my phone all the way from joburg after they claimed to be the only that could repair motherboards </p> <p>only to find out they couldn't do what they claimed they could And want to charge me diagnostic fee when I already knew what the problem is </p> <p> </p> <p>when someone went to collect the phone it wasn't ready for collection like they claimed and now the useless scum want to charge me R350 to courier the phone to joburg </p> <p> </p> <p>Bunch of unprofessional scum in my opinion and the manager named Michael is of no use </p>

Terrible service !!!!
I am frustrated at the terrible response from dstv .. I've had an issue over the past two months whereby my service gets disconnected for no apparent reason .. Each time I have to contact the call centre whereby they reconnect services and assure me it won't occur again .. This has happened multiple times (more than 10 seperate times).. After being promised the last 4 calls that a manager will contact me .. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAS HAPPENED AND NO PERSON HAS CONTACTED ME !!!!! The problem persists .. As a loyal annual subscriber for many years , I am disgusted and annoyed that this simple error cannot be rectified

Terrible service
Totally unreliable and inefficient company to deal with .. It's been over a week since I've been promised delivery and still haven't received my order .. After endless phone calls and full payment ..kept on being lied to and fed false promises as to when tiles will be delivered causing a huge delay with the contractors and completion of renovations and adding to the cost of project .. Will never deal with them again
