I took my laptop to HK Computers, Bellville, and was told that I would be contacted within 7 days and informed of why it won't switch on. After two whole weeks and no contact from them, I had to call numerous times to inquire about what is taking them so long. Apparently the part was being shipped. Fine. After two months, I was told to come and collect my laptop, saying that it cannot be fixed. Upon collection I discovered that most of my screws that the back was missing. Upon returning to the shop, I was told that it was in that condition then i brought it in. After an argument ensued, all of a sudden my screws appeared. Worst possible service ...EVER. I would advise everyone to rather take their electronics elsewhere.
