<p>I took my Laptop in for a Hinge repair on the 10.03.2017 got quoted for a Hinge replacement have copy of quote to prove this.</p> <p>Based on several delays I finally was told my laptop was ready to be picked up dated 14.03.2017.</p> <p>Upon going to the store to collect the laptop I noticed that the screen had a crack on it in the top left hand corner.</p> <p>I raised this concern to the Manager who in turn said it was there even though I had evidence in the form of pics we took that we sent to them to get a quote which did not indicate that the crack was there.</p> <p>Eventually after much argument I agreed to replace the screen but it would be at my cost ,I felt as I had no choice in the matter.</p> <p>It has now been 3 months later and I still do not have my laptop as it now cannot not even boot up and all HK staff are telling me there is nothing they can do.</p> <p>Someone needs to close this store down as they are ripping off people by aggravating repairs and not owning up to failures made by themselves</p> <p> </p> <p>no one at this store wants to take ownership of the issue and all I am told is we need to order parts</p>
