SHOCKING SERVICE

Don't use H&M removals. A friend recommended them and the manager assured me my furniture was in good hands. WELL!. We moved from Gauteng to the Western Cape over December 2024 and my furniture was so badly damaged. They use casual staff to pack the truck and again when they offload. These people have no experience and really don't care. My furniture was either torn, scratched, chipped, broken, water damaged, or had oil on. Big plastic boxes were smashed, the plants were broken and out of their pots as they were chucked on top of each other. My coffee table leg is cracked. Half of these things I paid for them to pack. I emailed photos of all the damages and the message I got back from them was "They are sorry but I need to claim from my insurance company". There should be no damages to claim if the job was done correctly. Would not recommend them at all.
