WORST COMPANY EVER THEY BURN YOUR FURNITURE AND TAKE NO RESPONSEBILITY

So on the 16/09/2024 H & M removals collected my client Sharon from Shakas Rock Ballito, on the night of the 19/09/2024 Andre Van Aswegen who is a dam rude *** called me to tell me that there horse and trailer truck was on fire and they obviously had no fire extinguisher or maybe they loading flammable things on the truck between clients belongings. Up till now the 11/03/2025 these *******s have still not come back to me with a solution as to what they are going to do for my client. They haven't even had the decency to refund the money that was paid to them for the clients transport. Now when I call them after having big fights this morning as Andre told me he doesnt care he made it as if i'm dumb and his words to me was do what u must and we will do as we pls. They are a bunch of rogues who will lose all your whole life possessions and won't help you and won't feel a thing for you. During my investigations I have spoken to ppl who have heard from the employees that what H & M staff do is they open ppls boxes take what they want out of the boxes then they re seal them and get other moving companies to deliver the items so this thieving more than likely goes as far as the ops managers. They gave a case number from the senekal police but when you call the police they can't tell you anything. We all know what today's police are like. I'm a transport broker. I have been loyal to H & M despite them burning my clients' items. I still gave them other work in the hope they will sort my client whose items they burned on the side of the road in Senekal. They refused to give the burnt items to us to prove it was burnt. They blame Senekal fire department and say it was a small bakkie that came with a little water tank and small hose pipe. What fire department operates like that, I don't believe H & Ms bull****. They have insurance cover on all their vehicles, they have been paid out for the clients belongings plus for their truck and won't take responsibility for what they have done. All I'm saying to the public is stay far away from this company if you know what's good for you. Rather use Mountain View or Intertrans - there prices are amazing and they have trips in all areas all the time or Key Moves - they pay when they damage furniture and it's not very often that they do damage or TNJ Movers myself I never leave my clients in the lurch if I break something I sort my clients out, 1 of my transporters dirtied my clients lounge suite the other day I got professional cleaners out to sort the issue so after all I had a happy client. These ppl H & M are all a bunch of lying thieving heartless *******s.
