I had an extremely poor experience with this service provider. The repair process took far too long, and when I finally received my car, it was in unacceptable condition. The interior was filthy, with oily fingerprints everywhere, despite their claim that they only touched the back.
When I asked them to confirm whether the car was working properly, they were reluctant to explain or demonstrate anything. I have since scheduled an appointment with a mechanic to verify the repairs, as I have already noticed several issues. The sensors are not functioning correctly, some of the country alerts are not working, and the boot light is non-functional.
To make matters worse, they didn’t even bother to show me the spare wheel, jack, triangle, or fire extinguisher. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a repair service. I understand thatinsurance companies seek the most cost-effective panel beaters, but professionalism should not be compromised. A quick look at their reviews confirms that I’m not the only one with complaints.
I am beyond frustrated, I had to demand for them to show me the car functionality. I was so angry that I told them that im so ****ing upset. Im beyond angry and I don't want to be telling them on what they need to do but rather show me. It was a sh***& show . They don't know how to handle customers who are not happy with their customer
