Car went in for repairs in 2019. 3 Years later the paint started cracking and front and back bumpers and full driver side was re sprayed, colour dit not match the rest of the car. The manager told me it was because of sun light. Unfortunately, I did not go back when I had to.

With regards to the paint cracking we did give you the benefit of the doubt after 5 years and we resprayed the right side of the vehicle for you. Unfortunately the paint colour discrepancy is due to the left front side of the vehicle being the incorrect colour and the cracking on the right side portion of the rear bumper is due to impact damage which you pointed out to us when you brough the vehicle in for inspection. This is not related to workmanship. A vehicle paint inspection report was carried out by the paint distributor which verified all of the above and copies were forwarded to you and the relevant insurance company.
