Slow and Unsatisfactory service I dropped off my car the Suzuki swift on the 29th April 2024. Prior to that I called Hofbro Auto Body to enquire how long they will take to repair the car and I was advised it will take 10 working days. On Friday 03 May 2024 I called them to check on the progress and was informed the car is being stripped after it’s been there for a week. Today on the 07 May 2024 I received an sms informing me that they have found other unforseen damages and have submitted them to insurance and are awaiting authorisation. It’s been 6 working days and it certainly look like they will not be delivering on the 10 working days they committed to. This is a serious inconvenience as I don’t have an alternative vehicle.
