I would like to update my previous complaint and thank the company for resolving the issue. Although I was initially very disappointed with the service received, the matter has since been attended to and restored satisfactorily.

I appreciate the effort made by the Manager Tony to correct the situation. Thank you for taking the complaint seriously and working towards a resolution.
