Must be the most terrible stay I ever had. I was left without electricity for nearly 7 hours none of the employees cared and the Owners in Midrand ignored my messages. My room was not cleaned excuse I did not leave a key but they have spare keys. My room after cleaning was left unlocked. Hardly ever wifi, problems with water as well. TVs do not work. Breakfast not up to standard. Specifically asked for a snack bar a juice fruit and yogurt for the road but instead I got toasted bread ( not proper toaster, made on a grill) with fried eggs on top with cheese on the side in foma pack 1 apple 1 pear and 2 yogurts. I bought cake and cool drink as a sign of respect for them for long stay not 1 of those members thanked me they are Unappreciative and do not care about wellbeing of guests. I paid till 28 Feb 26 but wanted to leave a week early. Refund refused by owners I ended up staying till 28 Feb 26. Coakroaches running around and 1 of the receptionists did not even greet me because she is upset with me because I complained about the electricity very professional of her. I came to the conclusion that my standards may be to high for this Boutique Hotel. Be warned if you going to stay there take your own back to electricity extra water tools to fix your door ( had repeatedly ask to have it fix only did it when they saw me trying to fix it with a knife in order for it to lock. Provide your own data etc. Do not expect anything because you must provide for yourself despite paying. If you ask anything the answer is we asked the bossess they not responding or do not want to give money to buy it.
I accepted a quote from PRP Alu Installations for some maintenance/Repair of rubber on my Shutter Glass doors as they were the cheapest. Well today I want to warn you. Rather accept the more expensive quote. Reason On their quote they state that should glass crack or break then the owner of the house will take responsibility and carry the costs. Stupid me thought that they will take care not to cause damage. Surprise surprise one of the glass panes where chipped. I phoned the owner he told me he will see what he can do but 9 out of 10 times the client does not pay. I waited a few days without him calling me to tell me the way forward. Big waa my surprise when I arrived home Tuesday 4 Feb 25 finding his crew replacing the crack panel. I was happy and thought the owner decided to replace without cost to me b3cause he did not communicate with me since my last discussion with him. On 5 Feb 25 I was informed by a worker from his Company per email that they received my payment and that she will invoice me for the glass they replaced. I was shocked because I did not ask for replacement nor did I receive a quotation for such. I received a quotation for work already done on 4 Feb 25.I asked the Company how can the send me a quotation for work already done expecting me to pay without accepting it. I paid the replacement but I think it is very unprofessional and ********* for the Owner/Company to decide on behalf of a client to repair=replace something without the clients approval. Do not usePRP Alu Installations rather pay extra for peace of mind knowing that the Company is not going to surprise you with extra costs. I also believe if you go with the other companies that they would take more care as replacement of glass is on them. I cannot understand how the Company decided that I can afford the replacement, or I wanted the replacement or that I could afford it. And how do they know that I did not want to use another Company. When I asked how they can send a quote after a replacement without my consent they all of a sudden said I should ignore the quote but it was to late I already made payment to them. My advice go with the more expensive quote. Learn from my mistake.
Worst customer service ever had to ask twice for assistance at the shoe aile. Waiting nearly 20minutes for feedback whether they have my size shoe available. I am leaving this pharmacy unsatisfied without my enquiry answered. Thank you for your awesome service.
Book foreign currency online a few days in advance online requested pick up at Brooklyn FNB. Surprise surprise no currency available for me. Wow thank you FNB now I have to wait to hear what the Manager have to say. Where is the money that you took from my account for the foreign currency. Maybe it is time to move to another bank including my investments and my homeloan. Maybe I will be valued as a client at another bank.
Follow up on previous review as I left the Dischem I ran into the lady she was able to resolve my issue and found a pair at another store. Thank you
I made and paid an online order for 2 items on 28 May 2024. Received 1 item. Item no 2 just shows confirmed on majro app. I have called Makro twice. They could not give me an answer told me to wait for 48 hours for them to get feedback from Company the deal with. The product is online exclusive. I will not do any online orders from Makro as they are eager to receive payment but no delivery as the promise 2 to 5 days. Be warned.
I sold property in 2021 on condition that I will ensure approved home plans. I appointed SM Architectural &Town Planning Services. It is 2 yrs later and the plans are not approved. I received a letter of demand from the new owners. Because of major surgery I could not follow up at the Municipality on.my own and had to ask a friend to do so. Susan Venter ignores my calls. I have to follow up at the Municipality inform her what was done and only then does she attempt to do domething. If I do not follow up to make sure she did something she just don't do anything. Despite her being paid she now demands my friend to collect my building file from her and to submit it to the Municipality. What did I pay her for. Be warned do not make use of SM Architectural & Town Planning Services unless you want to be fustrated and/ or want to waste money by having to follow every step holding Susan's hand. I am no gorced to use legal action against her to finalise the plan process.
No service at all no contact number to complain about their drivers. Booked an UBER waited more than an hour and the lady never pitched. I phoned her she said I must cancel I refused and she just kept on transferring my booking. This lady Mama Selina rude do not use her. She accepts rides the just do not pitch. I called her more than once. After I spoke to her once she just did not pick up her phone read my messages with my location pin but just did not answer. After an hour I used my own vehicle. Will never use UBER again the worst.
I logged a claim on 11 Aug 22 during the morning at FNB Sort Term Insurance for a leaking water pipe underground outside in my garden. At 15h50 the Plumbers arrived at my home just to inform me that they do not work on underground pipes. I called FNN Short Term insurance explaned the situation just to be placed on hold for 10minutes. I dropped the call and phoned again. This time I was helped and allocated another Plumbing Company. The Company informed me thatthey will only be able to assist on Wednesday which was to long for me as water is leaking and with water shortage it is a waste. I phoned FNB Short Term Insurance agsin. I explained I needed a Plumber to assist at the latest this morning. I was alloccsted the same company that could only assist on Wednesday. I tried to phone FNB Sort Term Insurance no answer. Spoke to private Banker consultant whom informed me Sort Term Insurance only works till 5 I must contact them following day at 8. So the consultant could also not help me. What is the use having indutance if they ste not available to assist with an emergency after hours. I strongly do not reccomend FNB Short Term Insurance for your house. It is now 11h27 and no FNB employee have called to assist me despite my complaints. I contacted the Plumpers on my own and they are willing to assist today without the help of an FNB employee consultant. I moved indurance to FNB Insurance thinking I will receive better service. How wrong I was.
I reported a leaking water pipe on 18 July 2022. Since then I have made telephonic follow ups and even reported it twice per electronic mail to the Ward Counselor of Ward 1. The Ward Counselor did not even acknowledge receipt of my electronic mails. I thought that we are experiencing a water shortage. This concern is not definately not shared by the Municipality.
